Biography

Objective:

To develop my intellectual and manual capacities to the maximum, to be able to create works of art with significant content and an excellent manufacture.

Studies:

High school made in the Official High school of Irapuato, Guanajuato.

Degree in Visual Arts in the National School of Plastic Arts.

Student in Wood Engraving, Techniques of the Materials, Drawing and Mural Painting of the distinguished masters and artists: Pedro Ascencio Mateos, Alfredo Nieto, Eduardo Ortíz Vera and Salvador Almaraz López respectively.

Exhibitions:

1997 Individual exhibition of drawing and painting in the House of the Culture of Abasolo, Gto.

1998 Individual exhibition of drawing and painting in the Cultural Center Squares, Pénjamo, Gto.

1999 Collective exhibition in the House of the Culture Griselda Alvarez, Mexico, D.F.

Prizes and Recognitions:

1993 First place in the regional stage of the First National contest of Mathematical Abilities.

1995 State Prize of Youth in the area of Literature in the state of Guanajuato.

1999 Obtaining of the Support to the Young Creators of the state of Guanajuato.

Experience:

Elaboration of wax sculptures for the National Museum of Anthropology and History, plenty experience as a portrayer and in commission works, comic book drawing, illustration, design, and assistant of the renown artist Salvador Almaraz Lopez in the realization of the mural: "Origins, sacrifice and struggle of the father of the country, Miguel Hidalgo and Costilla", in the Municipal Presidency of Abasolo, Gto. Mural for which I designed the catalogue.
