Natalia Khoklova-Lantseva was born in the city of Mirny in Arkhangelsk region in 1972. Was graduated from the Chuvash Teacher's Training Institute, the facility of arts in 1993 and from V. Surikov Art Institute in Moscow in 1999.
1996 participation in young artists' exhibition in Moscow Union of Artists on Kuznetzki Most in Moscow.
1997 participation in "Andronov and his students" exhibition in The Central House of Art Workers.
