ANTON KONONOV was born 25th May 1982 in Kiev, Ukraine.

Anton Kononov is a visionary 2D. 3D. Digital. Fine Artist, Animator. VJ, Electronic Music Composer, Entrepreneur, Event Organiser.

Art Concept

The focus of his creation is everything universally beautiful, spiritual and esoteric. The depiction of the unseen worlds of energies, and their direct connection, influence on our reality.

The search for objective and timeless art that transcends the artist, the viewer and even their time and space continuum. Visions of underlying cosmic laws that are the same for every being, race and planet.

An ambition to evolve new forms of spiritual art with the use of 21st century technology that will finally not be restricted by boundaries of medium or art forms. That will truly reflect the vibration of the new millennium.

Artist History

Anton received full formal fine arts training originally from his parents Natalia and Alexander Kononov both highly professional fine artists who were also the curators of the Russian Art Museum in South Africa as well as from the National School of Arts in Johannesburg.

Having used the first computers from the early age of 11, they have become second nature and he was able to seamlessly translate his fine arts skills into the new digital medium.

Since arrival in London Anton has been involved in a lot of interesting projects and large electronic music events. Becoming one of London dance scenes most sought after visual artist with international recognition.

Anton has exhibited his early fine art work in a few exhibitions in Cape Town, whilst in London his work has been on TV (3D artwork for Sci-Fi - Universal Studios) and frequently on massive visuals screens at many multi thousand dance music events.
