Biography

Born 1936 in Kirovohrad Region. Lives in Odessa. Graduated from the Vera Mukhina Higer School of Art and Design in Leningrad in 1970. Began creative activities in 1970. Nonconformist artist, took active part in the "apartment exhibitions" in Odessa in the 1970s. One of the members of the "Odessa Group". Participates in all-Union and international exhibitions; first exhibition of monumentalists, Odessa, 1987; exhibition-auction of chamber painting, Moscow, 1988.
